  • SC 12 AC-GARD anti-carbonation coating is single component solvent containing acrylic coating, based on methacrylic resins formulated to give exceptional durability, weather resistance and excellent adhesion to general masonry, especially for protection of concrete structures from the carbonation process. The coating system is designed to coat over reinforced concrete surface to prevent the diffusion of carbon dioxide and water into the concrete matrix that will change the acidity of the concrete environment and result in corrosion of the reinforcing steel bars.

  • SC 35 TOWER FLEXI is a thick-film vinyl top coat made by using plasticized Vinyl Chloride copolymer resin and pigment with good weather resistance. A fast drying, low sheen primer/topcoat giving a tough flexible coating with outstanding adhesion to many difficult areas and it can be applied over galvanised surface in a single coat.

  • SC 600 ETC Epoxy Tie Coat is an epoxy-polyamide twopack high solids, high build coating formulated to be used as an intermediate coat between primer and finish, to increase the final thickness of a paint system. Has excellent adhesion, solvents and chemicals resistance, it’s ideal for increasing thickness in paint systems.

    SC 600 ETC is used as build coat coating for atmospheric exposure in marine and industrial environments. It forms a hard and tough coating, excellent “undercutting” resistance and has good wetting properties for bonding and can be applied directly to properly prepared steel and concrete substrates.

    The product is especially suitable as an intermediate (barrier) coat between zinc rich primers and for optional performance may topcoat with SC 1950 PU aliphatic polyurethane as the final coat.   • The scratch coat/sealer coat is the layer to seal/fill the porosity on the surface of the epoxy mortar. It is not intended to be utilized as a surface “coating”. The compound should be spread firmly, forcing the material into deep voids and pinholes. Use the trowel blade to scrape excess material from flat, void-free surfaces. No matter how porous is the mortar, we usually need only 1 scratch coat. It should be spreaded out evenly by steel trowel with the minimum thickness on the surface. Sometimes we can see the silica exposed after the scratch coat and it is acceptable if it is not porous. Actual coverage rate will depend on concrete surface texture and porosity.

  • Syntherm 200 HT is a single component heat resistant finish coating based on modified silicone resins and thermally stable pigments for primed steel structures They are formulated specifically to protect metal surfaces operating to 200°C.

    Syntherm 200 HT is recommended for protection of equipment exposed to high temperature like stacks, boiler, heat exchanger, refinery equipment and etc.

    To further enhance the corrosion protection properties, an inorganic zinc primer is highly recommended before application of Syntherm 200 HT.
