The Production Department at Syncoates boasts of the latest state-of-the-art machinery that is also environmentally friendly. It is here that our customers appreciate the advanced technology used to manufacture well-accepted final products.
Research & Development
The high quality achieved in all Syncoates products is supported by the on-going developments and research at the fully-equipped Syncoates laboratory. A team of highly-skilled assistants constantly carry out programs to produce new exciting colours and textures. Emphasis on safety, cost effectiveness and easy usage ensures customer satisfaction with value-for-money quality products.
Products
Syncoates (M) Sdn. Bhd. carries a wide range of coating products ranging from application on wood to concrete, plastic, metal and glass. The main focus is on wood and the systems available for application on wood include Nitrocellulose, 2K Acid Curing (Melamine), Isocyanide Free Urethane, 2K Polyurethane Yellowing and Non Yellowing type 2K Polyurethane Aromatic and Aliphatic types, Ultra-Violet Curing System and Water Based Coatings. These system are applied on surfaces ranging from wooden furniture to roofing tiles, doors and staircases, metal furniture, wickers or rattan furniture, outdoor wooden furniture and plastic or glass tops.

Presently, Syncoates has established businesses in Southeast Asian countries. We are also trying to penetrate and market our quality products to other Asian regions.
We believe in building the business with the locals of the Southeast Asian countries.
The main aim is to improve the wood coating qualities for furniture factories and promote exports of wooden furniture with quality finishing.
