(NC)
Nitrocellulose
(NC) is a single component product
dried by solvent evaporation. It
is resistance to heat, water and
alcohol. Main advantages of this
type of coatings are ease of application,
quick drying and easy to repair
or recoat.
NC Sealer is a single pack nitrocellulose based sanding sealer
with good flow, good filling property, fast sanding and excellent
adhesion.
NC Lacquer is a single pack nitrocellulose based lacquer with
fast drying time, good build, short recoating time, smooth
surface and excellent adhesion.
This coating is designed for furniture and other indoor wooden
equipment for protective and decorative purposes.
Acid Catalyzed (AC)
Acid-Catalysed
Lacquer (AC) is a solvent based products which
has excellent hardness, solvent resistance, scratch
resistance and hold up properties. It is a two
pack product consisting of Part A (AC Sealer/Lacquer)
and Part B
(AC Hardener).
AC Sealer is characterised as a high
build coating which has excellent chemical and solvent resistance,
heat resistance, fast dry and easy sanding properties.
AC Lacquer is characterised as a high build lacquer that has
excellent chemical, solvent and heat resistance excellent hardness
and scratch resistance. The fully cured coating is highly durable
with excellent stress crack resistance.
Polyurethane
(PU)
Polyurethane (PU)
is a solvent based wood coating that has excellent
resistance against heat, water, chemicals and abrasion.
It is used in the finishing of interior furnitures,
doors, cabinets and other high-end wood or furniture
products. It is a two pack product consisting of
Part A (PU Sealer/Lacquer) and Part B (PU Hardener).
PU Sealer is a high
solid polyurethane is characterised with fast sanding
time and excellent hold up properties. It has excellent
chemical solvent and heat resistance, easy sanding
properties and excellent hardness and adhesion.
PU
Lacquer is a high solid
polyurethane with excellent flow
and smoothness while
exhibiting a hard flexible
film and good chemical,
heat and solvent resistance
when fully cured.
Ultra-Violet
(UV)
Ultra-Violet
(UV) coating is
the high quality
product which is
100% solid and
instant cure. It
has excellent chemical
and solvent resistance,
hardness, adhesion
and scratch resistance
when fully cured.
It is also consider
as environmental
friendly as it
contains no solvent
and therefore no
organic solvent
will evaporate
to the environment
compare to other
conventional coating.
It
is applied by roller
so there is no wastage
to the coating materials
compared to conventional
coating which applied
by spraying.
Wiping
Stain
Wiping
Stain is composed
of finely ground
pigment in a vehicle
consisting of various
hydrocarbon solvents
such as naphtha,
mineral spirits,
etc. Wiping stains
are fast drying,
more brilliant
in colours and
better working
properties. It
is a pigmented
wiping stain to
emphasize wood
grain pattern or
design details.
The colour (chroma)
and clarity are
partially controlled
by method of application
and wiping off.
Wiping stains can
be sprayed, brushed,
and dipped satisfactorily.
It is ideal for interior application on solid woods and wood
veneers.
NGR Stain
NGR Stain is widely use on high grade
furniture. This stain was developed to replace old-fashioned
water stains, and to overcome the disadvantages of slow drying
and grain rising of wood fibre caused by the penetration
of water. NGR stains are relatively permanent and are formulated
in a wide range of intense and brilliant colours. They dry
rapidly, do not raise the wood fibres and do not cover up
the wood grain.
It is suitable for staining, shading
or toning purpose.
Woodfiller
Woodfiller is
a wood grain filler which is easily worked and has good filling
hold up characteristics.
Wood filling has a two-fold function :
1. To fill the pores and grain structure, thereby producing
a smooth surface.
2. To enhance beauty by accentuating the grain. Wood filling
is an important phase in the finishing system.

(WB) and quick drying Solvent-based (SB) Putty
is good for repair on minor defects on
timber surfaces.
It
is suitable for filling
nail holes, cracks
etc. in timber furniture,
paneling and other
woodwork prior to finishing.
Bleaching
Agent

of bleaching products,
which are Solvent
Based and Water Based
Bleaching Agent.
Both bleaching product
are designed to remove
the natural colour
from bare wood. Both
products are supplied
in two components
consisting of Part
A and Part B.
It
is ideal for bleaching
wood to lighten and
even up the variation
of colour in wood.
Therefore, a whiter
and uniform appearance
can be achieved during
staining and wood finishing.
Water
Based
Water
Based coatings is
an environment-friendly
coatings. It is characterized
as non-flammable
and toxic free coating
material.
Consist
of a premium quality
water based product
that give texture
effect, or for
wooden floor substrate
that require extremely
durable finish.
All products are formulated either for factory or DIY application
featuring fast drying, short recoat time and minimum grain
raising.
