Syncoates (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company. The principal activities of the Companies are to carry out the business as a trader, manufacturer and supplier of wood coatings, paint solvents, finishing glue and other incidental chemicals products. The Company is located at Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia.

Syncoates had shown significant growth and being a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood coating finishes and other related products in Malaysia market. In conjunction with the Company’s expansion program, the transfer of the technology from USA has further enhanced the production capacity in meeting the high demand in the market of Syncoates products.

Syncoates has a large customers’ base, which consists mainly the manufacturers of furniture product in local and overseas market.

Syncoates has more than 150 employees. The Group was operating with 4 subsidiary companies located in Butterworth Penang, Alor Setar Kedah, Bangkok Thailand and Colombo Sri Lanka respectively. The branch is located at Muar Johor mainly servicing our Southern Region customers. Syncoates also has a well established distributor in East Malaysia, BorneoCoat Enterprise.
